Project Management in a Competitive World, bidding HS2.

This week I have been working with a client delivering a course on the project manager’s role in bidding and delivering commercial projects. We used the high speed 2 (HS2) project as a case study and the teams have to respond to a tender describing how they would act as the delivery partner for the project. The course is focused on doing the basics well.

This week we had some outstanding presentations, one was so well presented I though I would share it on the blog. It was a master class in how to manage a complex project.

We had three teams and all three were excellent. It is a pleasure to work with such committed, enthusiastic and competent people.
